Clackamas County Circuit Courthouse

A landmark civic project completed in 2025, the Clackamas County Circuit Courthouse achieved LEED Gold certification and received multiple regional and national recognitions, including:

  • 2025 Best Government / Public Building (ENR West)

  • 2025 Award of Merit – Excellence in Safety (ENR West)

  • 2025 Federal / County / State / Municipal National Award of Merit (DBIA)

  • 2024 Best Social Infrastructure Project (P3 Awards)

InterNoise 2025 – São Paulo, Brazil

Published an invited paper titled

“Fundamentals First: Foundational Acoustics Applied to a Multipurpose Auditorium”

highlighting classical prediction methods validated through measured results.


22nd UNESCO Week of Sound

Delivered an invited guest lecture for the Peruvian Institute of Acoustics and Vibroacoustics, contributing to international dialogue on sound, perception, and the built environment.


Acoustical Society of America (ASA)

Presented two national-conference papers in New Orleans addressing speech privacy and chilled beam HVAC noise control methods. Chaired several sessions and led committee initiatives to further enrich the ASA.


Continuing Education Presentations:

Three one-hour CEU presentations delivered to design team offices.


Full-Day CEU Courses

Two comprehensive, full-day CEU courses delivered virtually to teach about the full spectrum of architectural acoustics in a practical manner.
