The Solvang Festival Theater, set in the heart of the quaint Danish-style downtown district of old Solvang, California, hosts professional theatrical productions and is the summer home to the PCPA Pacific Conservatory Theatre.

The Theater was originally constructed by community effort in 1974, connecting the community and attracting visitors to Solvang and to the Santa Ynez Valley.

MCH along with the theater consultants and architects, brought new life to the treasured 700-seat venue.

MCH provided guidance for environmental acoustics, including sound isolation to and from neighbors and even addressing wind noise, MEP noise control, enhanced natural acoustics in the amphitheater, and new audio infrastructure design.
