The DeRosa University Center centralizes all campus student-centered activities. Features include a central dining hall, student cafe, pub, bookstore and a 9000 square foot event space.

The complex is designed over an existing road and against the levee, thereby maximizing outdoor space, capturing views of the Calaveras River, and acting as an icon and a link between the historic south campus and the developing north campus.
