This 270,000 SF high school campus in Oxnard provides facilities for collaborative learning, athletics, media production, and other educational programs as part of an approximately $200M project.

MCH also designed performing arts facilities including a 450-seat auditorium, black box theater, and choir and band rehearsal rooms. These components were fully designed but ultimately not constructed. The auditorium incorporated shaped overhead and sidewall surfaces to support music, theater, and assembly uses, while the rehearsal rooms featured distributed diffusive and absorptive finishes.

Additional campus spaces included a gymnasium, video production and editing spaces, and collaboration areas. Acoustical design emphasized quiet HVAC systems, appropriate sound isolation, and absorptive treatments to support clear communication and comfortable learning environments.

Del Sol High School opened in 2022. MCH provided full-scope acoustical and AV consulting services.
