Clackamas County Circuit Courthouse
The Clackamas County Circuit Courthouse was one of the first Public-Private Partnership (P3) projects in the Pacific Northwest. The six-story building is inclusive of a secure sallyport entry, holding areas, support offices, law libraries, judges’ chambers, courtrooms of several sizes, among many other related spaces to serve the growing population of Clackamas County. Courtrooms are equipped with state-of-the-art media systems allowing for easy virtual connection, and robust acoustical design promoting privacy, controlled room acoustics, and appropriate background noise levels. Notably, the project achieved LEED v4.1 Gold and was awarded the Best Social Infrastructure Project and Environmental Impact Award at the 2024 P3 National Awards.
