Coronado City Hall and Community Center at Glorietta Bay is a $30M civic complex set within a 16-acre waterfront park and promenade.

The 18,000 SF City Hall includes City Council chambers and municipal offices, while the adjacent 38,000 SF Community Center provides art and activity rooms, a commercial kitchen, gymnasium, fitness and dance spaces, swimming pools, and a bayfront great room for meetings and events. A 100-seat playhouse supports civic performances, lectures, and special events.

The complex is organized to take advantage of views across Glorietta Bay, with courtyards and trellised outdoor spaces connecting the buildings to the surrounding park. MCH provided full-scope acoustical and AV consulting services through completion in 2005.
