ASU Hayden Library - AIA COTE Top Ten Award!

We are thrilled that the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Committee on the Environment (COTE) has awarded a Top Ten Award for the Hayden Library Reinvention!

MCH worked diligently with Ayers Saint Gross to provide a variety of new flexible spaces for learning, studying, and interaction. New spaces include a makerspace and a highly-flexible media studio, featuring attractive sound absorptive finishes for an appropriately controlled acoustical environment. Additionally, the HVAC system was upgraded to a chilled beam system for enhanced energy efficiency and minimized environmental impact, with quieter background noise levels throughout.
