Kaiser Permanente’s new four-story, 90,000 sq. ft. Medical Office Building in Clairemont was completed in 2020 and has been enthusiastically received by its staff and community.

Featuring 101 exam rooms, 72 provider offices, two radiation suites, pharmacy, and lounges, this facility brings state-of-the-art architectural design and top-quality service to Kaiser members. Additionally, the conference center can be easily subdivided into four separate meeting rooms for maximum flexibility while maintaining excellent acoustic separation. 

The facility is pursuing LEED-NC Gold certification and it has been recognized with the 2020 California Regional Best Project Award from Engineering News-Record.

MCH provided full-scope acoustical consulting including guidance for speech privacy, sound isolation, mechanical systems noise control, and health-care appropriate sound absorptive treatment.
