The newly constructed 80,000sf Clubhouse at BIGHORN includes four exclusive penthouse residences from 5,000sf to 8,000sf, three dining venues seating 200 to 650+, a Private Dining Room, Mens’ and Ladies’ Locker Rooms, Mens’ and Ladies’ Card Rooms, a Board Room, and a Golf Shop.  At $70M, this extravagant clubhouse took only 16 months to construct.
