This Civic Center is the core of two surrounding courtyards and public promenades creating programmable space for public event venues and activities from smaller private functions, to larger celebrations in garden-like settings. Within the facility is a 13,400sf banquet room divisible into six meeting room configurations optimized to permit multiple concurrent uses without acoustical-bleed disruptions.

Since opening in 1999, the $6.9M, 31,400sf venue has served as the cornerstone for the city's downtown redevelopment efforts. Designed to complement the architecture of Glendale's antique shopping district, it is now the third largest city-owned facility of its kind in the Valley. The facility also includes an 18,600 sf outdoor courtyard space featuring a fountain, canopies of trees and meandering walkways. This outdoor space can he used for a variety of group activities.
