Chandler City Hall
City of Chandler
Chandler, AZ
The new five-story Chandler City Hall replaces the leased office space employees have been working in for over 10 years. The project is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification.
The 270-seat Council Chambers is an iconic element on the campus plaza, clad in glass and glowing at night. City staff are housed in the office tower, including the Mayor and Council, City Manager, Human Resources, Communications & Public Affairs (CAPA), Management Services, Community Services, Economic Development, Downtown Real Estate and City Attorney. The facility also houses the city-operated cable TV broadcast studio with requisite control room, editing bays and voiceover room.
