Pima County Court Complex
The $111M Pima County Court Complex in downtown Tucson is a 7-story, 290,000sf criminal justice facility, housing 28 courtrooms of various sizes and central offices for the Pima County Public Services. A separate 7-story parking structure with 9,000sf retail shell is included. Tenant improvements for the Court Tower shell consist of interior build-out for the entire footprint including all mechanical, electrical and plumbing improvements for the courtrooms, holding cells, customer service areas, administrative areas, archive storage, judicial chambers, nine separate elevators, and all ancillary improvements required for the Complex's operation needs.
The project is designed for LEED Silver qualification. Project construction completed in 2015.
MCH provided full-scope Acoustical and Media Systems design for the entire complex.
